END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT & TERMS OF SERVICE

Before you begin installing and experiencing the software, please take a few moments to read through our friendly licensing terms below. By purchasing a license key, downloading, installing, or using the software, you are kindly agreeing to these terms.

1. Software Usage & Friendly Guidelines

Upon receiving a valid license key, we are delighted to grant you a personal, non-transferable right to install and use the software. This right is designed for your optimal experience and remains active subject to compliance with our general guidelines.

·  Device Availability: To ensure the best performance, each license key is designed to be used on up to 1 device at any given time.

·  To help protect our creative work, we kindly ask that:

o You do not share, rent, or redistribute this license key to third parties.

o You do not attempt to modify, alter the core source code, or reverse engineer the software.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All ideas, source code, designs, and copyrights of the software remain our exclusive property. The issuance of a license key is intended to provide you with a full and wonderful experience using the product, and does not include the transfer of software ownership.

3. License Verification System & Anti-Piracy Legal Basis

To protect our authentic user community and prevent unauthorized copying, our software includes a small automatic verification feature. The software will use your unique Hardware Identifier (HWID) and an internet connection to validate your license directly with our authentication servers and those of our authorized payment processing partners.

In the event that a license key is found to be overused or installed beyond the permitted number of devices, we reserve the right to temporarily pause the activation of that specific key to ensure system security.

*Furthermore, please be advised that any intentional attempts to bypass, alter, crack, redistribute the source code, or disable the security systems of the software constitute a severe violation of the law. Such willful infringements are subject to corresponding civil and criminal penalties under applicable national and international laws (including the laws of the Republic of Korea). We reserve the absolute right to gather technical evidence and initiate formal legal proceedings or lawsuits before competent authorities to seek full financial damages and pursue criminal prosecution against any individuals or entities involved in such violations.*

4. Refund Policy for License Keys

Due to the digital nature of software and license keys, all transactions are generally considered final and non-refundable once the product key has been successfully delivered. However, your satisfaction is always our top priority!

If you encounter any technical difficulties or if the license key fails to activate on your system, please contact our support team at [support@superkeydd.com] within 7 days of purchase. We are fully committed to working with you to troubleshoot and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

In the rare event that our technical support team is unable to resolve an activation failure caused by our system, a full refund will be processed promptly. Please note that refunds will not be issued if the user decides not to cooperate with our support team or declines to provide the necessary system details/logs required for troubleshooting.

5. Limitation of Liability

We always do our utmost to ensure the software runs smoothly and safely. However, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be held liable for any indirect or incidental damages (such as temporary work interruption or data loss on your device) that may occur during the use of the product.

6. Agreement Term

This agreement is effective from the day you purchase or use the software. Your usage rights may be temporarily suspended if the guidelines above are not followed. In such cases, please cease using the software and uninstall it from your device.

7. Governing Law

This agreement and any matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea (South Korea).
